Proposal for Changes of Recruitment Process a Company.

Recruitment and talent acquisition is one of the most important processes in human resource management, as it determines the effective functioning of a company. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of recruitment in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to streamline the recruitment process in a particular company. In the first part, the theoretical foundations of human resource management of the company are examined using a literature search in the field of recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part includes a description of the company, methods of recruitment and selection of personnel for the organization and an analysis of the current situation. A quantitative method using questionnaires for data collection and a qualitative method, namely an interview with an HR manager, were chosen to analyse the current situation in the organization. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire and the interview with the recruiter, the following suggestions were made: collaborating with universities, allocating time during the interview to bring the job duties closer to the candidates, reducing the number of participants in the group interview, creating a career page on Facebook, posting available jobs on LinkedIn, video presentations, and eliminating collaboration with agencies. These suggestions can help improve the company’s current recruitment system
