Employee Remuneration System in Selected Company

The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of employee remuneration in the company Zahradnictví Lebiš, s.r.o. The work is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical background, which is based on professional publications and characterizes the concepts in the field of employee remuneration. The following second part focuses on the analysis of the current state of society with the help of theoretical knowledge from the first part. The last part of the work is draft part. The draft part contains suggestions for improving the remuneration system in the analyzed company
