The Remuneration System of Employees and Proposal of Changes in the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of employee remuneration and the proposal of changes in the selected company. It is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical basis based on professional publications of several different authors who deal with the topic of employee remuneration. The second part deals with the analysis of the current remuneration system and the impact of internal and external factors on system. In the last part of the work are defined suggestions for improving this system
