Employee Remuneration System in the Selected Company and Proposal of Changes for Its Improvement

The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of remuneration of employees in the researched company and on proposals for changes that would lead to greater employee satisfaction. The work consists of three main parts - theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part, with the help of professional literature, focuses on the system of employee remuneration and helps to understand this issue. The analytical part follows, which already deals with the analysis of the current remuneration system of a particular company. The final part of the bachelor's thesis is the design part, in which measures are proposed that will lead in practice to improve the system of remuneration of employees in the surveyed company and their greater satisfaction
