Development Projects Financing

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of financing development projects. The work is divided into three parts, theoretical, analysis of the current status and practical. The first part is the theoretical starting points and basic concepts needed to understand the issues. In the second part, an analysis of the current state of the property market and the credit market are made. Afterwards there are analyses of a specific developer project. The third part is the practical part of the work, which shows how a development project can be financed and its own financing proposal created
