The purpose of bachelor thesis is the design and realization of a system for automatic monitoring of CO2, created during the fermentation process of sugars to alcohol, and of the temperature of the fermenting solution. The measured data will be wirelessly transmitted to a web application, which will save the measured data in to a table. Part of the thesis is a research of ways and methods of measuring CO2 concentration. The entire measuring device will be implemented on an ESP32 and powered by a battery
