This diploma thesis presents a proposal for manufacturing of a monitor holder supporting the VESA mounting system. The part is made of DC01 steel with a thickness of 2 mm, while the size of the production series was set at 150,000 pcs/year. After considering possible production variants, the use of a progressive combined tool combining cutting and bending was chosen as a suitable method. After technology control and selecting a suitable production process, calculations of forming forces and work were performed. The total force was set at 699,7 kN and the total forming work reaches 1,2 kJ. The S160 press from the company Šmeral Brno a.s. was chosen as a suitable machine for production.
