The work in the first part describe the design of a perovskite photovoltaic cell with planar inverse structure using photovoltaically active material CH3NH3PbI3 and CH3NH3PbI3-xClx. The theoretical description of perovskite materials is supplemented by knowledge of degradation mechanisms reducing the resulting stability of samples and also presents a comprehensive overview of the technology development. The following text brings an innovative process for the perovskite photovoltaic cells production, which has enabled manufacturing of reproducible samples with parameters comparable to the foreign workplaces.
