Economic Efficiency Evaluation of Green Roof Construction

This bachelor thesis bearing the name Evaluation of economic efficiency of green roof construction, focuses on the description of the economic evaluation of the efficiency of green roofs, the course of the construction life cycle ond the effectiveness of public projects. The work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the description of the history and present of the development of green roofs, their division and financing options. The second part of the bachelor thesis case study describes a modular building located in Rozdrojovice. This part focuses on its valuation and construction costs.
