Crossroad I/2 and street Školní in Pardubice - Study

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is a study of the modification of the existing intersection of road I / 2 and Školní Street located in the western part of Pardubice. It is a T-intersection in the urban area. The problem at a given intersection is high traffic. This thesis deals with solving this problem by increasing the capacity of the intersection to facilitate the exit from Školní Street, and ensuring better safety, because there have been countless accidents in the past. The result of the thesis is the design of three variants of the modification solution and then selected one variant that best solves the increase of capacity and safety of the intersection
