Process Optimization in the Company

The bachelor thesis deals with optimization of manufacturing process in the chosen company. The first part defines the theoretical basis of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and the tools, techniques and concepts that this methodology provides. The analytical part introduces the company and the product that is produced on the production line, then the tools of the Lean Six Sigma methodology are utilized to analyze the current process. The design part deals with the proposal to introduce a new process on the production line. In the final part of the thesis, the results are evaluated and the expected financial savings are quantified
