The main purpose of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the company using the Start model and subsequent evaluation of the company’s performance. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts that are needed in the next parts of the work. Furthermore, the analysis of the company, presentation of the company and display of its strengths and weaknesses is performed.
