This work aims to create a basic overview of the notions of cultural monuments and to indicate the process of declaring a property as a cultural monument, as well as to focus on the approaches of valuing cultural real estate monuments. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part gives an overview of the basic notions of cultural real estate and theoretically introduction to its valuation.
