This work focuses on the design of a method for testing photovoltaic panels under NOCT conditions, ie at the operating temperature of the photovoltaic cell, which has a major impact on its performance and other parameters. The method was tested and verified on a Pasan SunSim 3c solar simulator. An integral part of this work is also to determine the uncertainties of this measurement method
