The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of Brokaw type low-voltage BG reference and it’s following optimalization using error analysis to achieve better precision than ±0,5 % with level of accuracy 4 sigma. The main focus of the thesis is the error analysis itself and finding the individual factors that affect precision.
