Reliability issues in the development and production of control systems

The master thesis deals with the reliability issues in the development and production of control systems. First, the company UNIS, a.s. is described with an emphasis on the Division of Aviation and Advanced Control. A list of ways of managing the organization, which deals mainly with the positive features of process management and the creation of process maps. The following is an analysis of business processes from the quality management system in the company UNIS, a.s., through the current overview of processes and controlled documentation to the basic processes of the Division of Aviation and Advanced Control. Then the development and production processes are analysed in detail. This is followed by a system analysis of the issues addressed, which describes, how is it appropriate to proceed with process management and why. There are also FMEA and FTA methods, which are further applied to determine the current state of processes in UNIS, as.
