Technological Entrepreneurship

This master thesis is focused on the technological development of company Zeman model. At the beginning are defined the theoretical premises of this thesis. This knowledge are used mainly in the analytical part, where after introducing the company, the analyses - 7S, Porter and SWOT – are made. Based on the SWOT analysis, 3 specific proposals are created. These are the introduction of new vacuum casting and 3D printing technologies, and the creation of a website. The introduction of new technologies is accompanied by an economic evaluation. The master thesis is finished with an implementation schedule
