Customer Satisfaction

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction in selected company. The theoretical part contains an explanation of important terms, which will be the basis for the subsequent analytical part. The theoretical part is followed by an analysis of the current situation in selected company. It will contain a description of the external and internal environment of the company, followed by a questionnaire survey and its evaluation. The last part of the thesis will deal with the actual proposals, where a set of measures will be presented that will lead to increased customer satisfaction
