Motivation and Remuneration of Employees in a Selected Company

This diploma thesis deals with the motivation and remuneration of employees in the company, which wished to remain anonymous for these purposes. The work is divided into three parts. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge related to the topic, which leads to the processing of the following analytical part. There is an analysis of the company with a focus on the system of motivation and remuneration of the employee and a subsequent questionnaire survey among employees.
