Project Risk Management Proposal in Selected Company

The diploma thesis deals with risk management in a selected information system implementation project. Project management tools and selected types of analyses were used to meet the objective of the thesis, the output of which is a complete identification of project risks. The risk management process is followed based on the RIPRAN method. The design part of the thesis is the space for quantification, creation of measures and incorporation of supporting activities in the field of monitoring and communication. The purpose is to minimize risk factors and establish a system for a smooth risk management process with a vision for the future
