Organizational culture

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the phenomenon of organizational culture. The thesis explains the concept of culture itself and organizational culture. It describes the content of organizational culture, its individual levels and the possibility of revealing and affecting these levels. In the thesis, there are also presented some of the best-known typologies of organizational culture and functions that an organizational culture has. The second chapter of the thesis closely defines terms which relate to organizational culture: corporate identity, corporate ethics and corporate climate. The third chapter deals with some aspects of intercultural management including a comparison of Czech and German national culture. The practical part of the thesis describes on the basis of qualitative and quantitative research the determinants and content of culture of a chosen company.
