The bachelor thesis is devoted to the phenomenon of organizational culture. The thesis explains the concept of culture itself and organizational culture. It describes the content of organizational culture, its individual levels and the possibility of revealing and affecting these levels. In the thesis, there are also presented some of the best-known typologies of organizational culture and functions that an organizational culture has. The second chapter of the thesis closely defines terms which relate to organizational culture: corporate identity, corporate ethics and corporate climate.
