Author: Klára Flasarová Aim: Summary of theoretical findings, the study methodology, physiotherapy care, treatment design and monitoring of the patient with the diagnosis of Low back pain. Methods: This study was a retrieval of a case study in professional practice, held from January 23, 2012 to February 19, 2012 at the Oblastní nemocnice Kladno. The work is divided into two parts - general and special. The first (general) part deals with the theoretical knowledge of the axial system in terms of anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology, includes information about possibilities of physiotherapy practice and testing at a time when surgery is not indicated and conservative treatment is possible. Second (special) case report describes part of physiotherapy treatment of patients with Low back pain and proposes course of therapy and evaluated its effects. Therapy were starting during the hospitalization tha patient on the neurogical department. The next therapy and final examination were done after the patient's discharge to homecare. Results: Patient's clinical condition significantly differed before treatment and after therapy. The main indicator for us was the level of pain, which in the course of therapy varied..
