Coach behaviour in training process

Name:Coach Behaviour in Training The Aim of the Thesis: Observation of the trainer's attitude to the supervision of the youth football team. The observed object will be the trainer Martin from the club Bohemians 1905. I will focus my attention on his behaviour to players, on the ways how he explains individual exercises, in particular on his way of communication with children, understandability and clearness of the demonstration. I will also watch the ways used for motivating the trainees. Methodology: To reach my result I will use two basic methods. The first method deals with observing and making video recordings which will be consequently analysed and evaluated. The second method will be based on questioning both the trainer and the chosen players using a short questionnaire. Results: My thesis will serve as positive and negative feedback for the observed trainer who can use the provided material with particular recommendations in order to improve his work. Further, the mentioned recommendations can be used by all trainers involved in youth categories as it is material which can help them with the procedure of explaining and supervising exercises.
