Level of Legal Knowing of Managers at School and at Educational Institutions

TITLE: Legal knowledge of the top managers of Primary schools in Moravia-Silesian region and their direction in basic statutes of school system AUTHOR: Ing. Lukáš Smutný DEPARTMENT: Education Management Centre SUPERVISOR: RNDr. Jindřich Kitzberger ABSTRACT: This bachelor project "Legal knowledge of the top managers of Primary schools in Moravia-Silesian region and their direction in basic statutes of school system" investigates level of legal knowledge of headmasters of Primary schools by checking their orientation in school law and law about schoolmasters.Theoretical part resumes theoretical information. Subsequently practical part starts from it. The object of practical part results in research problems of two hypotheses.The first one is if level of legal knowledge of the top managers of Primary schools depends on duration of guide practise and the second hypothesis is if it depends on quantity of graduating educational courses in legislation region and comparison of this level in respect of controlled school and its comlpleteness.This project analyses system of additional education of schoolmasters,it indicates the most considerable institutions in Moravia-Silesian region and suggest equivalent model of schoolmasters and thein additional education.The questionnaires,research and anonymous tests are focus..
