Selected anthropometrics and scoliosis measurements in basic school pupils

The theoretical part of this thesis aims to summarize the knowledge of anthropological measurements, national anthropological research, and scoliosis from the available sources of information. The research part of the thesis consists in measurements of height, weight and Adams' angle of 540 primary school pupils in Hoštka and Štětí. The resulting data are compared with national anthropological research of 2001. The measured values are further statistically analyzed and confronted with the data in scientific literature.
