Problem of equal opportunities

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the issue of equal opportunities, because I take it that the current period is a kind of milestone in the understanding of a democratic society. And not only in understanding but also in the realization of democratic principles. There are many topics to include equal opportunities, therefore, I focus primarily on gender and women both in society and the labor market or in the education sector. In the first chapter I explain essential concepts and terminology bases important for further understanding of the text. Subsequently, I approximate to the theories of specific forms of discrimination and other parts I focus on the development of women's employment, the division of roles in traditional and contemporary family, career and family and their mutual harmonization of such company with nurseries or by promoting active fatherhood. The aim of this bachelor work is to highlight the shortcomings of Czech society and it is also to offer the possibility of leading to equal opportunities as a basic building article democratic society in the form of various types of condensed time jobs or new management trends such as age management and diversity management
