Management of road cycling race

Title: Management of road cycling race Objectives: The aim of this work is to analyze the management of organization of road cycling race in the Czech Republic, with the following evaluation of the data and the recitation of concepts to improve the organization and competitions in our country. To create a project of national Championship in road cycling in the Czech Republic. Methods: There were used qualitative methods of descriptive analysis and interviews in my work. Descriptive analysis were used to evaluate the scientific literature on the matter, further processing materials of Czech Cycling Federation. The key data were provided by informal interviews with the organizers and competitors. Results: Based on an analysis of organizing road cycling race in the Czech Republic, my work provides recommendations for increasing their popularity and for better organization by moving to smaller cities in the closed circuits. The result is a project of urban criteria, organized as a national Championship. Keywords: Management, road cycling, races, road criteri
