Comparison of preparation Scout and Pionyr group leaders to child education and working with them

The aim of this work is comparation of two organizations working with children and youth and their systems of leader education. It is concerned with the largest organizations of this type in Czech Republic which are "Junák - svaz skautů a skautek ČR" and association "Pionýr". Both of these organizations has a long tradition in extracurricular education in Czech Republic
