Image of Czech family in weekly Reflex and Respekt in volume 1993 and 2008

The diploma thesis "Image of Czech family in Weekly Reflex and Respekt in Volume 1993 and 2008" concentrates on family in the Czech Republic and how it is reflected by two weekly, Reflex and Respekt, in two observed years, 1993 and 2008. In the first ,theoretical part, there is a historical overview of Czech family and launch and developement of both magazines. The second, practical part, is the research itself. The method used for the research was the qualitative interpretative analysis. Each article was coded by a name of each theme group that is connected with problems of Czech family. The developement of magazines was defined by analysing changes and movements of each group between the years 1993 and 2008. These differences are caused by both socioeconomic changes and developement of political landscape within the Czech society as well as individual experience of particular journalists and editorial offices
