Progress of Czech Legislative Measures during Changes of Information Policy after 1989 in Intellectual Property Rights

The thesis is engaged in progress of legislative related to changes of the Czech national information policy in intellectual property rights, analyzes the progress of legislative before 1989 and after, monitors the progress of legislative measures in relation to national information policy and evaluate their current form. Thesis is focused on actual problems of copyright in the Czech Republic associated with a prepare amendment of copyright act
