Teambuilding programs from the sight of training companies

Title: Teambuilding programs from the sight of educational companies. Objectives: The thesis aims to design, implement and evaluate teambuilding course, focused on the development of cooperation and communication skills. Following the theme of teambuilding, the thesis analyzes operation of the company organizing training and development courses. Methods: The thesis used methods of observation, structured interview and questionnaire. Observation method was applied to the background of the whole company. Interviews were carried out with the senior executive of team-building company. Questionnaire was attended by 18 people. Results: The thesis gives a comprehensive view on the issue of teambuilding as one of the tools used for employee development. The outputs of the participant's questionnaire used in the proposed program indicate to generally successful course. Keywords: development, education, employee, team, cooperation, teambuilding
