Teacher's evaluation

This bachelor theses focuses on the research of the teacher's attitudes towards several issues such as introducing professional standards, new carreer structure of teacher's and it's supporting systems. It has been created on the bases of theoretical resources and the research among teachers of kindergartens, elementary schools and high schools in Moravskoslezský and Středočeský region. The theoretical part provides a summary of the current state of teacher evaluation, proffesional standards, a preparation of the teacher's carrer structure and their supporting systems. The empirical part contains the results and analysis of the research that was carried out with teachers of kindergartens, elementary schools and high schools in Moravskoslezský and Středočeský region. The aim of the research is to determine the current opinions and attitudes of teachers of all ages and from different types of schools to the emerging professional standards, career structure and their supporting systems. Findings from this research can be used in school management for controlling changes that are planned since 2015.
