Supervision of Workers in Social Services on the Field of One-to-one Assistance in Organization Hewer for Center of Prague 2

Thesis called "Supervision of workers in social services on the field of one-to-one assistance following on standards for quality of social services in organization Hewer for center of Prague 2" puts a target to find out, how workers in social services of the Hewer organization for center of Prague 2 perceive supervision, if they consider it as a possibility of increasing their proficiency, and if this possibility is fully used by them, if they are conscious of it and know about its existence. At the beginning of the thesis, there is introduced background information which led to choosing this topic. It the treatise of this thesis, there is described, what is a supervision, who is a supervisor and types of supervision too. Next part describes social services, where the one-to-one assistance is introduced to deeper details. Further, there are standards for quality of social services and a description of supervision from the point of view of "The Guide for providers of social services ". Then, the thesis provides information about the Hewer organization. The practical part of the thesis deals with survey. An evaluation of the target is a part of the conclusion
