Standard German in Czech secondary schools (an analysis of the process of shaping the standard variety in social practise)

The diploma thesis analyses the shaping process of German language standard varieties in the social praxis, mainly at Czech Secondary Schools. It focuses the role of a teacher as the norm-authority in implementing the linguistic norm. The methodological base is the model of Social Power Field and the Language Management Theory.
