Conception of school self-evaluation in process of inovation of the Czech compulsory education

In my thesis I'm dealing with theoretical approaches of Czech conception of school self-evaluation of quality. I have defined the crucial problem that school headmasters who are in the role of managers responsible for changing of schools, they do not understand the complexity of processes of school self-evaluation. I have described single separate global and local reasons which have led to principle of Quality Assurance in whole Czech educational system. I my thesis I am dealing with conditions of effective evaluation cycle, especially I have described changes of school culture from close culture to open culture of learning organization. Important point of my thesis is describing of processes of school democratization. In second part of thesis I have analyzed single phases of self-evaluation cycle from the democratic point of view
