Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of a patient with peripheral palsy of radial nerve

Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of a patient with peripheral palsy of radial nerve. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is a summary of the knowledge about peripheral palsy of radial nerve and the development of case study of a patient with such diagnosis. Methods: This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. General part summarizes the knowledge about peripheral palsy of radial nerve based on the available literature. Analysed is anatomy of the nervous system, especially the brachial plexus, then kinesiology, etiology and clinical picture of the disease and its classification. The following section is devoted to the treatment of peripheral palsy and detailed description of rehabilitative care and appropriate physiotherapy techniques. In the special part is included case study of the physiotherapy treatment of the patient with this diagnose. There is mentioned initial kinesiology analysis, course of treatment, control kinesiology analysis and evaluation of therapy effectiveness.
