Leadership styles of the school canteen managers

Thesis deals with the issue of people management and management styles of school canteens managers. The theoretical part of the thesis, based on the literature, deals mainly with the various ways of management, personality of the manager and his role in the team. The research took place among school canteens managers, which are part of the elementary schools, and provides an assessment of the cerrent situation. The aim of my work was to analyze the current used methods of management of school canteens managers and to propose optimal management style in school canteens at the basic school. The final thesis is focused on the managerial function of people management
