Themes and Programs of Open Society Fund Praha Focused regarding the concet of Open Society in Czech republic from its Foundation to the Present

MA thesis is following the topics and programs of one chosen organization called Foundation Open Society Fund Praha from its very beginning up to date. In the first chapters of this thesis there is the theoretical background which consists mainly of explanation regarding the political concept of Open Society which is crucial because the foundation has the name of this concept and the features of the concept should be reflected by the activites of the foundation in general. This theoretical background is crucial from another reason which are the main research question or hypothesis and their answers. The research method is quantitative content analysis. The results of the research show that the main assumption of the research is correct, because the topics which are significant for George Soros the founder of these organizations in his own works. We can assume that influence of George Soros on the organization is still considerable even though the activities of organization are presented as mostly independent
