This dissertation thesis addresses the use of Rorschach Inkblot Method in the psychological assessment of paraphilias. In the theoretical part of the thesis we summarize the findings about paraphilias, describe Exner's Comprehensive System for coding the Rorschach and present published research works with the Rorschach in the filed of sexual deviance. The empirical part contains the description of our reseach project. We looked for rorschach variables that would differ between pedophiles and rapists in the group of 78 men diagnosed with paraphilia. We have found statistically significant differences between the groups of pedophiles and rapists in several variables. These variables are in both groups related to the cluster Selfperception and...
