Title: Post operative care of diabetes patients after lower limb amputation Objectives: This bachelor thesis focuses on post-operative care of diabetes patients with lower limb amputation and its physiotherapeutic and prosthetic aspects. Methods: The methods used are those of information research. The data were obtained through a qualitative method of data collecting as well as a secondary analysis of information coming from academic articles, journals and other publications. Results: The thesis is based on information research and information gathered is presented in a complex and coherent form. In medicine, the thesis can be used by experts as a source of information in post-operative care of patients suffering from diabetes as well some other health problems. A plus is that information presented is comprehensible to the general public.
