Case report of physiotherapeutic care of patient with diagnosis cervicobrachial syndrome

Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with diagnosis cervicobrachial syndrome. Aim: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is processing of the case study of a patient with diagnosis cervicobrachial syndrome, a summary of theoretical knowledge, designing therapy and monitoring its progress. Method: This thesis was created as a research with case study during continuous professional practice held from 6. 1. 2014 to 31. 1. 2014 at Institute of clinical and experimental medicine in Prague, where I was working with a patient after kidney transplantation who attended the dialysis there. The thesis is divided into two parts - general and special. The first (general) part deals with the theoretical knowledge of kinesiology of the shoulder joint, includes information on the most common diagnoses affecting shoulder joint, cervicobrachial syndrome definition and with respect to my patient's basic information on kidney transplantation and hemodialysis. The second (special) part describes case study of a patient with cervicobrachial syndrome, the process of suggested therapy and evaluation of its effect.
