Social work with deliquent individuals

Social work is an autonomous branch, which is governed by its own theory and practice, but in many areas, intertwined with other disciplines. It can be understood only by the knowledge of social and cultural context of the company. Alone in the field of social work teams provide a multi-disciplinary professional staff. In the Czech Republic during the last two decades, a revival of interest in this issue, because in communist Czechoslovakia, this area was neither recognized nor supported. In this work, I focused on the clarification of the basic theoretical aspects of social work with emphasis on work with delinquent children and adolescents in the Czech Republic, because, as is clear from the statistics of the Ministry of Interior, the proportion of children and young people perpetrating crime continues to grow
