Woman and Sexual Delinquency in Early Modern Age. The thesis deals with sexual delicts in the Czech environment in Early Modern Age from the normative and judicial practice point of view. An important part of the thesis is an analysis of the period phrases used to describe sexual delicts. Special interest is paid to the problems of fornication and prostitution in relation to women and the topic of sexual honour.
