Annotated translation: Zapiski advokata (Dina Kaminskaja, Kharkiv, 2000, chapter 3)

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide an annotated translation of a chapter from the book Записки адвоката by Dina Kaminskaya into Czech language. The commentary consists of two parts - the first part contains a translation analysis based on the model of Ch. Nord, which within intratextual factors includes also a typology of translation problems on several levels, the second part is a typology of translation shifts based on the classification of V. N. Komissarov
