Shared custody in the district of Prague 14

This bachelor thesis deals with shared custody as a post-divorce form of parenting. It discloses the most important legislation governing shared custody as well as the child's interest and the relationships between parents and children. The theoretical part provides the legal definition of divorce and shared custody. It examines the factors that influence the court's decision on shared custody and provides information on the development of the findings made by the Constitutional Court regarding shared custody.
