Miriam Kotrusová, Ph.D. Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with the examination possibilities and strategies for combination of university studies and employment in the Czech Republic in the context of difficult employment of graduates in the labour market at present, with emphasis on increasing their employability. Attention is focused on the issue of working students at universities. The goal is to identify student's strategies combine daily study and work and how to help the students to prevent them or legislative conditions. The work has an analytical character and operates as primary research data from semi-structured interviews and secondary data from foreign studies and legislative documents.
