The thesis "Syntaktické konstrukce po slovesech declarandi v klasické řečtině" analyses obligatory complementations conditioned by some selected predicates of verba declarandi in ancient Greek. It focuses especially on the types and frequency of obligatory complementations governed by verbs ἀγγέλλω, ἀποφαίνω, δείκνυμι and δηλόω in the writings of ancient greek historians: Herodotus, Thucydides and Xenophon with the aim to verify whether the supplementary participle as an obligatory constituent of these verbs is mostly following.
