This research aims to find out the existence of Loyalty Relationships to Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Teaching Staff. The hypothesis proposed in this study, namely there is a Loyalty Relationship to Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Teaching Staff, the sample of research used in this study is as many as 79 teaching staff. The data collection used in this study used 2 likert scales. With data analysis methods using multiple regression analysis. The result obtained is that there is a significant relationship between Loyalty and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in teaching staff.
