Introduction The Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF) London has developed a first trimester screening algorithm for preeclampsia (PE), based on maternal characteristics and past risk factors, mean arterial pressure (MAP), uterine artery pulsatility index (UtA-PI), and placental growth factor (PlGF).
