Introduction: Healthcare providers (HCPs) dedicate themselves to providing high-quality care to others, but often do not prioritize their own self-care. Cognitive-behavioral skills building has been demonstrated to decrease stress, anxiety, and depression. The purpose of this DNP project was to implement the MINDBODYSTRONG program with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to improve stress, burnout, and well-being. Methods: NNPs completed seven weekly sessions, held virtually, that focused on skills to build resiliency and coping to decrease anxiety, depression, and burnout, and improve well-being.
